Inventory in. Inventory out. Everything between, on one board.
StockShift follows every unit from the moment it arrives until a customer picks it up or it ships. Counts, allocations, paperwork and invoices happen as the cards move, so the number on the screen is the number on the shelf.
Works for pickup counters, delivery routes and carrier shipping. Runs on a phone in the back room.

The idea
Two directions. One set of numbers.
Inventory in
Every inbound shipment is a card on the Receiving board: logged, scheduled, received, verified, logged into stock. Several shipments can share one purchase order, each with its own counts, photos and paperwork. When a card reaches Inventory Logged, the verified count posts to live inventory once, and the card becomes a closed job on file.
Inventory out
Every order is a card on the Pickup board or the Delivery board, your choice when you write it. The order allocates stock immediately and creates its invoice with freight and tax. Picking deducts what actually left the shelf. Picked Up or Delivered closes the job with the invoice marked fulfilled and the photos, BOL and timeline kept together.
Available means available
On hand, allocated to open orders, available to sell, and inbound on shipments not yet logged, per SKU, updated by the boards and not by anyone remembering to.
Paperwork as a by-product
Bills of lading, invoices and job files are generated from the cards and printed when needed. Photos from a phone attach to the shipment or order they belong to.
People, not just data
Seats and roles per company: warehouse, sales, billing, driver, manager, admin, viewer. Read-only means read-only.
Your industry
Same pipeline, your product.
Pick the business closest to yours to see what comes in, what goes out, and where StockShift does the work.
Panels, lumber, trusses, tile, roofing, doors.
Inventory in
Truckloads and flatbeds from mills and manufacturers, often several trucks on one PO
Bundles and units that have to be counted, checked for damage and put away
Made-to-order items (trusses, cut lengths) that come in from your own plant
Inventory out
Contractors picking up at the counter with a job name on the ticket
Job-site deliveries on your truck with a bill of lading for the driver
Invoices that need freight and tax on them the day the order is written
Where StockShift helps
One card per truck, with photos of damage and the carrier’s paperwork on the card
Pickup and delivery on separate boards; availability that already knows what’s promised
BOL and invoice generated from the order; the job file keeps it all

Built for the back room, the counter and the dock.
Photos on every card. Damage, packing slips, proof of delivery, the carrier’s copy, taken on a phone and filed with the shipment or order.
Bills of lading in one click. Prefilled from the order and your company profile, numbered, printable, and kept with it.
Invoices with freight and tax. Created with the order, emailed with the tentative pickup or delivery date, recalculated if the order changes, voided if it’s cancelled before it’s paid.
Job files. Every closed shipment and order stays a complete, printable record.
A workspace per company or location. Each gets its own data, branding, people and seat limit; Stackz sets them up, your admins run them, and one person can hold a seat at several.
